Pear Almond Ginger Smoothie

I combined half water, half almond milk, plus:  
Banana
Pear
Ginger, grated
Almond butter

and added (optional):
Flax seeds
Bee pollen
Coconut butter

I picked some pears in October and froze them for a day like today, when I'm car-less and need to work with what's already around. I'd like to see how this works as an "ice cream." The first and last time I tried making (dairy-free) ice cream, I made two flavors - almond and lavender - and they came out surprisingly well!
